They offer many classes, each week, in a large part of the Chicagoland area and the surrounding suburbs. Most classes are taught at local park districts, have very well trained instructors who give the highest level of instruction and ensure a safe environment for all participants. They also sponsor tournaments and other events such as the Cancer Kick-against-Cancer event to help aid families in the club who have been stricken with this horrible disease.
